Rollyo: will be very useful for finding Damon Albarn news. Now I don't have to go through various internet tabloid blogs. Though, doesn't RSS feeds do that already, basically? Oh well. Quess it's a little different. Get to search youtube and google video at the same time at least. And all those trashy gossip sites. I wonder what Lindsay Lohan is up to...

LibraryThing is the most awesome thing ever. It looks like it's a work in progress, though, which it is. It even suggests books for you! I wish it had a little easy to find summary of the books, though.
Here's some random books:
Breakfast of Champions by Kurt Vonnegut
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams
The Sleeping Beauty Novels: The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty, Beauty's Punishment, Beauty's Release (Boxed Set) by A. N. Roquelaure
Galapagos (Delta Fiction) by Kurt Vonnegut
Cat's Cradle (Essential.penguin) by Kurt Vonnegut
Crash: A Novel by J. G. Ballard
Slaughterhouse-Five by Kurt Vonnegut

I think a personal twitter is just about the most useless thing ever, and it creeps me out. Why would anyone need to know what anyone else is doing? Look at this uselessness:
gorillagirl @sevenian i feel the same, but am forcing myself to stay awake less than 10 seconds ago from web in reply to sevenian
JWood $100 for tshirts on Jinx? I say it's worth it. less than 10 seconds ago from web
miguelin tuve que cenarme un shuco porque en la casa no hay gas less than 10 seconds ago from im
yukoinosaka @markie1006 ええ( ̄‥ ̄)今干し終わりましたw less than 10 seconds ago from web in reply to markie1006
dlaufenberg here is my blogroll...http://www.bloglines.com/pu... less than 10 seconds ago from web
This would be my twitter from last weekend:
foxwrapped I am waiting for Harry Potter.
foxwrapped I have bought Harry Potter.
foxwrapped I am reading Harry Potter.
This is basically a mini-blog which removes everything that was interesting about blogs. Like the news that scrolls by on CNN or Fox. BO-RRING. I think it tries to be flickr but with words but it sucks. Useless.

OoOOoO There's a blog called, "The Filipino Librarian" which is perfect because I'm half-Filipino. I've also added, "The Librarian's Internet Index," and "The Shifted Librarian." "About Literature: Contemporary" as well. I've also joined several fashion and art blogs just 'cause. Perhaps there is an art/fashion librarian blog? I'm sure it must exist somewhere. If not, then I'll make one. bwhahahahah.

This is the first time I've actually spent getting to know RSS feeds (I have been aware of them before, though). I downloaded SharpReader. So much fun! I went on Feedster and subscribed to a search on Damon Albarn. I also added one one for Patrick Wolf for good measure. And my personal favorite, Fark.com which is the mother of all timewasting news sites. Basically it's just funny headlines but I've been reading it for years. Does the Onion have one to? I bet they do. *going to website* Yup! there it is. I've gone and subscribed to it too. Now... let's get a BBC news one to even things out.

Library 2.0: book review blogs. Something that sets up different communities (mystery, teen... birds or whatever) so they can write and communicate to others on the website about good books/bad books. Like livejournal.com groups/communities, a blog that anyone in the group can post to.
